All of the participants strongly agreed to facilitator Sato’s simple words. I could really feel the high satisfaction of PACHS Corporation’s training to see their attitude.

We do the theater and motion picture business thinking the customers’ needs of our target. But we tend to define the target and capture the needs through our experience.
We consulted these issue to PACHS Corporation and were introduced Sato-san, who is a marketing consultant and has done the marketing training for six years.

Participants are large variety of people such as new employees, managers, different ages and types of occupation. Sato-san successfully motivates participants with his unique character. Participants exchange views across the generations and occupations, not happened in their daily business. New employees, not stating their opinions to their seniors or managers in the beginning, gradually take part in the discussion from their standpoints.
I think all of the participants can keep their motivation to the end without losing interest because Sato-san explains the difficult contents in clear words. And I appreciate that Sato-san customizes one day and a half training to half day, three times thinking about our employee’s business situation not apart from their desk for a long time.

Though we face the competitive circumstance in entertainment industry according to diversified customer needs, we would like to continue to develop our skill observing the customers, society and company supported by PACHS Corporation.

TDK has done the global business considering overseas production ratio is more than eighty percent. We have conducted leadership training in Japan where our corporate head office is located gathering managers from local subsidiaries since 1997.
This training is very important because participants take pride in attending it and are expected by their bosses.

TDK Group Companies, more than one hundred, different from number of employees and established year, have each role of development or manufacture or sales based on each culture style. Accordingly participants are wide variety of people, feel the diversity touching each value and get creative ideas. On the other hand it is very difficult for us to operate this training smoothly.

Therefore we consulted Kimura-san of PACHS Corporation, who has successfully organized our domestic manager training and has a great knowledge about global management, and have invited Ikeda-san as a chief facilitator since 2010.
Ikeda-san,who has many experiences of global business, has made this training very accepted and satisfied through his emotional instruction, far from Japanese, and fine response utilizing each one’s strength. Applicants rapidly increases recently so we need more time to select the participants.

Our basic policy for employee training is OJT such as learning from senior’s action, so we had only made a regular training for the young several times a year except OJT.
We met Kimura-san of PACHS Corporation for the first time in 2008 introduced by my company colleague who had a business with Kimura-san, who had worked for another company at that time.
He sometimes visited us to make some proposals enthusiastically concerning our human resource development from 2008 to 2010. We began to consult him realizing external training because we felt the need and effect of it. Then at last we made a decision to order stratified education of three classes mainly for new promoted persons to PACHS Corporation in 2011.
We asked him not classroom learning and improving skills but practical training mainly noticing by themselves and communicating with each other. He introduced us really attractive facilitators for each class. We think all of them provide greatly satisfactory training which is included their experiences and acceptable for participants.
Participants often find new things through external suggestion objectively under the circumstance different from daily business, though they are busy managing to do their daily operations. In addition, we feel the “change” gradually by this training through the participants’ voice such as “practice” or “want to practice”.
We would like to make a plan with Kimura-san more employees can participate in and inheriting Kaga Electoronics’s DNA, because we have operated external training for three years.

We appreciate it very much Kimura-san makes passionate comments on the drinking party after the training every time. And we admire his passion for human development and his black sunburn.
