Generally speaking, the market size tends to diminish for decreasing birthrate and aging population in Japan. On the other hand Asian market is expanding, desirable and very important for Japanese companies.
We think it is the highest prioritized issue that development of the global leaders who can lead the market in the rising nations with local staff.
We introduce “KAIKOKU Session in India”, a short program focused on overcoming the Japanese weakness under the tough circumstance including discussion with local key leaders working for the local companies.

India has an environment and people where Japanese can train her weak points.
●Japanese weak points:
-Not familiar with leading foreigners based team because of a lack of diversity experience
-Feel excessive stress under the poor surroundings by reason of living a comfortable life in a rich, clean and neat infrastructure with enough skilled people, plenty of resources and money
-Less experience offensively self-assertive living in the culture of entering in others’ feelings

●Indian surroundings:
Infrastructure is poor provided and lights goes out frequently. It is a real chaotic world where terribly rich and poor people are mixed. It is natural that Indian ask unreasonable price for foreigners in everywhere.

●Indian people:
Even for the professional the business quality is less than thirty percent of our expectation at the average standpoint of Japanese. They have no concept for keeping the time. They are usually behind the schedule. They are originally talkative so it is as difficult to silence them as to let Japanese speak in the meeting. They are hard negotiators not gentle and pro-Japanese people like Southeast Asians.
No other area in Asia like India which exists a gap between rich and poor. So it is very difficult for Japanese, therefore Japanese can learn a lot through negotiating with Indians.

Date: July 2014 (Four days and three nights)
Site: Delhi, India
Target: Selected talented persons from Japanese or global companies (six to twelve participants)
Contents: Workshop with Indian selected talented business persons working for local or global companies, Negotiation with local people in the market, Visiting local companies etc.

-Find the hints of developing global leaders
-Hear the real opinion for Japanese from the standpoint of a foreigner
-Stretch your world to get recent Asian trend

-Introduction of outline “KAIKOKU Session in India”
-Recent Asian trend(India, China, Cambodia and Thailand)
--What was impressive for AK?
-Group discussion
--“Participants approach for developing global leaders”
-Foreigner’s opinion working in Japan
--Ask Prasad(Indian)
---Strength and weakness of Japanese
---What Prasad feels for KAIKOKU Session in India
---What kind of people is Indian?
---What you can learn from india?

Mail to: desk@pachs.jp
